Default 2007 F150 Lariat radio

Hi Randy, recently, my battery in my 2007 F150 died and when someone boosted me off, the cables got crossed on the batteries. Since then, my radio does not work. I checked the fuses and they look ok. I was gonna get some today and replace them anyway just in case, but i think my radio is probably gone. Do you know if there is a reset on the radio? If the radio is gone, how much would a new one cost me shipped. I live in memphis tn. Thanks Shannon

Randy no longer does parts on this forum, sorry. Try eBay.
