Hello all-

I have a 2001 GT Convertible and the top is getting slower and slower to go up. I am wondering if there is somewhere I can get a brand new top motor and how much I will be looking to spend. Also, how much work am I looking at to replace?

Thanks for the link!! I didn't know about that site, I'll be sure to check it out extensively.

Also, my car is about to roll over to 78k miles. I bought it two years ago and it only had 27k miles... needless to say, it's my daily driver (for now) and I've been driving it a lot. I'm also in Las Vegas where there are lots of top-down days... so either I wore it out, or the motor needs to be cleaned (sand/dust). I didn't want to rip it apart without knowing where I can get a new motor if need be.
