the black strip of plastic between the windshield and the hood that the windshield wipers are located has a massive crack, i can provide picture if you need it. have no idea what it is called. do you know where i can get one and how much?

 

it is the cowl, they run about 200 bucks i believe.

svtperformance forum also has a dealer that can get parts at "wholesale" like Randy could for us before.. You may give that a try.

jesus i didnt think that little piece could be so damn expensive... looks like im gonna try to hit up the junkyards i know of. hopefully they dont know its that much and will give it to me for like 20 bucks

 

Yep it sucks. Mine just cracked last week after being outside for the past 3 weeks before of my other project car.
