How much to the rear caliper brackets for a cobra or mach1 cost?

$37.49 each + s&h, have 1 in stock and @ 1/2 days to get another

Just want to confirmed this is the right part i'm looking for. This is the bracket that slide over the rotor and the calipar mounts to this bracket?
