Can you tell if the Hands Free Prep harness is still available and how much?

I was able to find a part number if that helps.

there is a "control pad" aval, it's neither ones of the #'s you listed as there not good #'s from what I can sea....price is @$53.00 + s&h

Got the fax. looks like that is Ford version of the hands free, but I already bought a motorola hands free kit so this wont for me . Thanks for you help.
