Randy,

I am currently gathering all the necessary parts for a PI swap. I have some ported pi heads and PI intake with aluminum crossover from a 2002 GT. I already have the FRPP headswap kit, so I have the head bolts, dipstick tube, head and header gaskets. I plan to swap my current NPI crossover onto the PI intake so that I can run both sensors in the stock locations.

I believe I will need from you:

valve cover gaskets
front cover gaskets
coolant nipple and tube
thermostat o-ring
alternator bracket w/bolts-(Do I actually need this??? Found a parts list somewhere else so I don't know if it applies to everyone)
intake manifold gaskets (if my old NPI gaskets will not work)

I also would like an EGR delete kit and the pieces for the cooling mod (to cool the rear driver side cylinders). Is there anything else you recommend? Is it necessary to replace the cam bolts? Are there any seals or anything inside the front cover that should be replaced? To replace the coolant nipple, will I have to remove the water pump from the front cover or can it be replaced while still attached? If I have to remove it, I guess I will also need the water pump gasket. Thanks for your help.
