2008 Mach 1 Showdown/Open Track Payment Fees

Payments for this event are now open. There will be an entry fee for 2008 Showdown 03-04 Mach 1 event class drivers. The fee per class driver will be a pre-pay of $125 each. All open Mustangs that run open track will be charged a pre-pay fee of $40 each.

There will be a cut off date set (to be determined later) to make your class driver or open track entry fee payment by end of August 2008. If you use PayPal, then the fee will be $129.05 to cover the PayPal fees. Open track participants thru Papal, will be charged 41.55. Or you can mail a money order, cashier check. I will only except personal checks from Mach 1 Registry members that I am familiar with.

Please contact me for my address if sending payment by mail. Before you are posted on the 2008 Showdown class driver/open track list. Your payment must be sent and cleared. If you can not make payment by the cut off date or thru the above methods, please contact me. We can make arrangements for you to pay me in cash at the event.

If this event is a rainout, everyone will be refunded their money at your request by either PayPal, money order or personal check. If you are present at the track, your money will be refunded on the spot, along with a signed receipt by you to prove I refunded your money. If you request refund thru PayPal, a payment of $125 will be sent, not $129.04. Or a payment of $40 will be sent, not $41.55. If you have a situation come up and can not make the event after paying, you will be refunded your money, thru PayPal, Money order or personal check. Money order return payment cost will be deducted from the $125 or $40 refund.
