whats up!! I just bought a 2004 mustang 6cylinder i just tinted the windows and put to flowmaster pipes on back of it i dont know alot bout cars but im very intersted in hooking up my mustang just need some advice so any comments is appreciated.

first things first.. figure out what you want from the car and stick with it. if you want a street car, use street car parts not race parts. remember that and you'll be a lot happier down the road.

 

get gears...i wouldnt really bother with the almost standard cai system on a v6...a friend of mine had a stock 2002 v6 and i had a stock 2000 v6...he didnt mod...i did...and after every mod we would race to see the diff...no diff on a cai...as a matter of fact...2 mods really stuck out and made me walk away from him...first and foremost...the gear swap is huge...you feel it right out of the shop..and its insane on the highway...and believe it or not...the next that got me was tires...puttin bigger and wider tires in the back made me feel it too....bbk 70mm throttle body was a waste....cai made me yawn....the mac dual exhaust made me smile when the car started but didnt make me walk away from my buddies stock 6.....do gears do gears do gears!!! i'm a highway interstate road trip kinda guy so i went with 3.73...
