What gauge wire can you use on it and what type of terminal (is it ring terminal)?

Ask and ye shall receive! You can use 0 through 20 gauge. Attached is an image file with the wiring chart with recommended maximum wire lengths per current draw for gauges 0 through 20. This chart is also engraved on the PowerPack 6 for easy reference. Also I attached a PDF of the installation instructions.

I would use ring terminals on the posts when installing.

Edit: This thing is built like a tank btw! I can't wait to redo the wiring in my car with one, it should really clean things up!

Yeap it looks like something that will save time and safer than wiring up alot of relays.
