MPH Heads Numbers?

I think a lot more than that. I think Mug had ONLY cams, (not even that aggressive) and was putting down 280RWHP through an AUTO! OF course with all bolts ons and full exhaust.
With what you said and a few more bolt ons I think you could hit 320RWHP.

You guys are comparing cars with ALL of the bolt ons, to a car who will have heads, cams, and full exhaust.
285 is a great grounds number to a car who wont have any bolt ons besides exhaust. he also has an automatic too so his power will be less than a 5spd even in the exact same setup in a 5spd. Its also just an idea of what he will gain from these modifications too. Some blower setups do 360, some do 410. Its just a number to give you an idea of what you can expect with that modification.

Most people dont do heads unless they have a stroker or force induction. Seems to be the trend. In the long run, I would love to do a 5.4L SOHC stroker, MPH heads and cams, 383CI, now that would be awesome.
