Default Exhaust opinions

Ok....as you know I just baught my '04 gt and yea it's bone stock and now i'm looking for some opinions on exhaust set-ups. I want it to have that deep growl and just sound like a beast. My buddy has O/R x-pipe and 1 chambers....it's loud but doesnt give the deep growl I want. What would anyone suggest...?

i'm leaning on O/R x or H pipe w/ some 40series two-chambers....

I say An X pipe with Magnapacks. If you really want Flow's then get single chamber.

I havent herd the Magnapacks yet, but my boy has the 1 chambers on his '03 w/ o/r-x and it's loud for sure but just doesnt sound quite right, altho his has 3 1/2" tips....I was thinking change the mid-section then weld in a new set of mufflers.

an x-pipe isnt going to give the deep muscle car sound. you want an H-pipe with some sort of chambered muffler like mac, flowmaster or whoever else does that.

Here's my setup: mac o/r h-pipe + flowmaster 40's. I think it sounds nice throughout the powerband.
