Default Cricket in my trunk, help me!

There's a noise that sound's just like a cricket coming from my trunk, on the driver's side. My friend got in the back with the seat down and said it sounded like it was coming from around the amp. I've tried tighting the four nut's that hold the shelf up. No luck! Can't find anything loose. Usually does it around 2000 rpm's. Sound's like a dang cricket, I can hear it over my x-pipe, and stereo! Please help!

That is from a noisy throw out bearing most likely.

Try checking your rear seats. Happens with mine, they don't always catch when you put them up. Makes a creeking noise while driving. Just try driving with them folded down then put them up and see if there's a difference.Seems they sometimes rub or something.

Along with the 4 nuts that you can see that hold up the speaker/amp shelf, there are 2 more (1 under each amp).. The amps drop out w/ 4 small torx bits and you can see the other 2 to tighten. .It's my guess that either the nuts are loose or the stud itself (it's tightened from the top of the rear shelf with another 10 mm nut) has come lose. Either way, tightening them from inside the trunk will snug them both down.
