Default Transgo Shift Kit

For all my fellow automatic strangers...
What the heck is this and does it help? From what I've read it basically firms up shift points, but I've had mine changed using a dyno tune and mine are definately stiffer. I'm soon to have close too 400 RWHP and am kind of worried about the tranny holding up. I'm not exactly, gentle, with it. Does the kit help re-inforce everything or what not? Again, whats the difference between this and a dyno tune?

I love transgo kits i have always used them in my autos. I would recomend a transgo and a tranny cooler to help your tranny last longer.

shift faster and doesnt let the tranny slip when it shifts as much which helps keep it cooler. also it will make the car a tad faster. drops of a tenth from a shift kit are pretty normal in the 1/4 mile.
