Default Car Acted Funny

I sprayed the car real hard while racing an LS1 and when I pushed in the clutch to get off the throttle I heard a faint whirring noise. I put it in neutral and coasted to a stop. The car started idling funny like it wanted to die, but then it was fine. I drove the car down the road, stopped in a parking lot and checked the plugs. They looked fine. I put my head near the valve covers to listen for odd noises but there was none. When I took off the car felt like it was tired so I took it home. Today the car feels like back to normal again. I drove it around and listened for noises but there was nothing. I gave it an easy shot of nitrous to listen for detonation but it was running like a champ. I dont know what happened that day. Has anyone had the same experience? I am thinking it was the clutch crying at me.

I had a similar experience....only difference was that my car actually died.

Basically...I was at WOT in 1st and then went into 2nd at WOT....then I had to push the clutch in to get off the throttle to stop quikly while in 2nd. My Rpms went all the way down real quik and the car died while I still had my foot on the clutch. I then started it back up and the car drove like normal...
this was the first time it happened..but only happened AFTER i got a SCT dyno tune...i dunno really why it happened....it was wierd
