Cool Ok, stupid question!

Alright i hate to ask this but i don't know how. When my tires get low on tread and i'm about to replace them i want to go out to this remote country road and smoke the hell out of them in a burnout and record it for my high school memories video that i'm making. So... how do you make a stang do a burnout? I have an 01 Bullitt with a 5-speed manual and ****ty street tires my tires are Dayton Daytona ZR's. So how explicit directions please do i do this step by step without damaging my car. Thanks!

ok here you go :

1. TURN TRACTION CONTROL OFF

2. Hold in clutch

3. rev engine to high rpms

4. switch clutch foot to brake pedal very fast

5. adjust brake and gas pressure to desired burnout "output"

6. practice, practice, practice

7. let your brakes cool a little

Make sure you hold your brakes JUST enough so your vehicle doesnt move. You DO have back brakes and they will be roastin hot so make sure you keep that in mind.

Take it easy on everything and just use bleach.Pour some on the ground in front of the tires and over the tops and let it run down.Get in the car, wind it up,and dump the clutch. The cloud of smoke will be quite large so film the action with a zoom camera some distance away.Do this in the morning or evening with calm wind conditions so the smoke will build up instead of just blowing away.Try going to the tire dealer and see if they would be interested in being a sponsor for advertising purposes.Maybe give you a deal on your new tires????

You have a bullitt and you don't know how to roast tires?.... I consider that a sin...

lol...

this is the best way to do a burnout in a 5 speed.. but if you have many more burnouts planned in your future I would invest in a line lock (MT has the SLP one). It'll save your back brake's life!
