Finally finished up my motor build and transmission build and fuel system build and suspension build!

Im running 16lbs of boost at 7k RPMs. I still have the stock PI intake as well. These cams lope pretty hard when the car is in Drive. Yes, this car is an automatic! Darrin at BC automotive built me a new 4R70W after my other built transmission blew up earlier this year.

I'm running TFS stage 2 blower cams with adjustable gears. TFS trackheat 185 heads out of the box and a 03-04 Aluminator short block with MAC longtubes and lethal performance shorty x-pipe.

Fuel system is about maxed out. Running dual GT pumps dual FPDMs and 03-04 cobra tank. Stock fuel feed line and stock rails with 60lb injectors.

Here is my dyno sheet from AED. This is with 91 octane and 19* of max timing.

Thumbs up

Just wanted to know how much was it to do all this and get to 600hp with your auto i want to do the same thing. Also what parts did you use to forge your internals and rear end?

I bought a FRPP Aluminator short block that had pistons for 8.5:1 compression with 53cc heads. I have 44cc TFS heads that have been milled 0.010" which probably brought me down to 42-43cc. Ran a stock thickness headgasket and put me around 9.5:1 compression ratio.

I think FRPP is building 4.6 short blocks again. If not. Buy a forged rotating assembly from MMR and have a local shop machine, balance, blueprint and assemble your long block.

The short block was 3400 shipped, the transmission build was 2000 shipped, the converter was 1100, the heads were 2300 shipped, the cams and cam gears were 600, gaskets and fluids around 400 IIRC, 150 for 03-04 cobra tank after I sold the stock 03-04 pumps with hat, division x fuel hat was 400, I dont really remember how much the Ford GT pumps and dual FPDM kit cost me, 60lb injectors 300. All new OEM hardware for complete longblock was 250ish.

Looks close to 11,000 for engine, transmission and fuel.

I had the rear end built about 1 year before this engine build and that cost me 1k installed. 31 spline axles, explorer carrier with FRPP carbon clutch pack and FRPP 3.73 gears and strange 3" knurled studs.

I bought a bunch of other **** when I did the engine build and had a few parts powdercoated. Brought my total bill to around 15k

I bought everything brand new. Except the fuel tank and Tial 50mm BOV. Those were used.

I have 2500 miles on this build now. Still a monster on its baby pump gas tune but it has blown a PI intake manifold already. It popped #4 runner, haha. Too much pressure. I put another plastic PI on it, sigh. Money is tight. Just bought a home recently.

If you want to know about the poweradder. I bought a Vortech in 2005 with a paxton intercooler and that ran me around 4500 with tune.

So, total bill with blower and everything else is about 20k. I bought the car in 2002 when it had 10k miles for $17k. Now, its probably only worth 10-11k with all of those parts. Sickening.
