Default Headers???

Hello all,

I am wondering would this work on my car, so far i have the mac o/r h-pipe and flowmaster 2chamber 40series on my car. Will the Mac Long tube headers go with the off road h-pipe on my car? And also if it does work I am considering switching to the slp resonators 1's. not the 2's but the 1's. i hear they are louder. with the set up I mentioned will my car be too loud? It is already lould as it is but I love it like that but dont want to get in trouble for it being too loud. Thanks.........

long tubes will not work with your crrent mid pipe, if you want headers now you will need shorties but long tubes will get you more power but cost a you more money because you'd need a new mid pipe, and yes with L1 your car will be crayz loud

longtubes have seen gains up to 20hp 15 lbft and shorties not a whole lot better than stock

Shorties dont make enough difference to warrant the work you have to put into installing them. Go longtubes, or go nothing. Yes, youll have to buy a new midpipe, but you can sell the one you have to recoup some of the cost. Also, I wouldnt recommend switching to the slp's unless you want your ears to bleed. They are loud as crap.

i am lost with this mid-pipe stuff? what kind of mid pipe will work with long tubes? does mac make a mid pipe as well? and I love the way a mustang sounds its like music to my ears, no other car sounds like a mustang. The guy who did my exhaust said people bring chevy trucks, and other kinds of cars saying they will pay him whatever to make it sound like a mustang. He tells em if you want the mustang sound buy a mustang lol. So yeah i think i would be happy making the switch to the lm1's. (also i got the hook-up on getting it inspected down here in texas haha lol)
