Default 03 v6 getting 8 codes to do with exaust

P1409, P1131,P0161,P0155,P0141,P013,P01451,P0443
All of these have to do with the exaust. My son replaced his exaust with an after-market one that never worked right so I put his old one back on and now I am getting these codes. I'm not sure where to start don't want to just throw parts at it without a plan. Anybody seen anything like this?

Did you plug the O2 sensors back in? Green ones in front, purple ones in back? Make sure there's no leaks? Did he frag the cats or punch them out or are they plugged up? Did you hook the EGR back up?

That's the list of problems I'm foreseeing.

Fuse for O2 heater ckt blown. This also powers the EVR solenoid and canister vent sol. Look for short, possible melted harness somewhere causing fuse to blow.

Default It runs good just has codes

He put an aftermarket dual exhaust on and a cool air intake by K&N. I have put the original exaust and intake on and replaced 1 O2 sensor that had the insulation melted off the wires by the header. I also had a friend plug in the air intake sensor and we reset it but it didn't help. The old exaust would constantly vibrate loose at the headers so this initiated the codes. We were able to tighten the exhaust and reset to resolve it, but he drove with it loose for several months and now it will not reset. Their is som carbon buildup un these sensors but the engine runs fine some water coming from the exaust no smoke though. I thought about removing and cleaning all the O2 sensors but not sure what solution to use.
