Default MAC Cold air intake

What are really the differences between these two models? Except for the price and hp gains!!??? Which intake would you choose to be better to buy?? Just thinking ahead after i buy my exhaust next weekend!!!

Here is the first intake

The second one replaces the stock MAF housing with a new one. The first option utilizes the stock Ford MAF housing.

IMO, stay away from ANYTHING that uses an after-market MAF housing. The Ford design is fine and most of these after-market ones gain hp from leaning your a/f. You may end up with all kinds of problems.

Now, I have never seen an independant dyno done with this setup, but if it is like others, leaning could be a problem.

rpm outlet are rip offs and dont know how to run a business. And oh, if you want your crap fudged up, buy from them. Little side note, the stuff they sell isnt always the brand you are buying. they are known for sending out cheap crap that looks like a MAC Cai and other stuff.
