Default 2008 Mustang GT 3v rear end question

Hey all, I'm running 515rwhp right now but with my new buildup Im looking at about 700rwhp+. I need to build up my rear end to make sure I dont bust it into a thousand pieces. Can anyone recommend the parts I need to get to build up the 2008 GT rear end to handle this kind of power? The rear end has 3.73 ford racing gears in it right now and a solid aluminum billet rear end cover but the internals are all stock aside from that including the axles. Thanks once again all!

At that power level, I'd grab a built 9".

Yea and all the workings. 31 spline axles, beefier chunk, don't want to buy it twice lol.
