Default 2v guys..have a few questions..

I will soon be ordering a focus pump for my 02 and had some questions! Where can I get a fuel pressure regulator for my car? I know they make some for foxes but are unsure if they make them for mines! Any of you guys know what i'm talking about! Thanks!

Did a little searching for a 2V 4.6 regulator, found one for sale on
http://www.seanhylandmotorsport.com part number 84600

These guys sell it all for our GT's. Iv'e personally never ordered anything, but have read alot of good stories on other forums. It was kind of expensive, but then again so are most parts for our cars.

Here's a pic, no specific year model details. Probably call them and get the specifics. Looks nice alot better than some of the poorly made ones for the foxes.

Im not sure your car will have a traditonal regulator. That one in the picture looks like its for a return style fuel system. Our cars (i have a 99) have no return line and the computer constantly adjust the fuel pump to met fuel demand. I really dont think there is a regulator just a sensor on the fuel rail.

Yea, I dont think you need a regulator for our cars. Beware of Sean Hyland though. Ive read some pretty bad stories, but some people have good luck. Ill take my money elsewhere.

you cant have a regulator cause we dont have them on our returnless cars. we have a sender that reads fuel pressure and adjust voltage to the pump. Also you wont need a tune either so dont worry its a simple install and go.

Why are you getting a bigger pump anyhow?

Yeah, I wan kinda thinking they didn't make one as i have never seen any for our year mustangs! ...Well ever since my LT's install and egr delete my a/f ration is just going crazy! A mechanic buddy of mines will be upgrading my nitrous shot to a 125 i'm currently running a 75 shot! However I have not sprayed the car after the LT's install! He said that with my a/f ratio going crazy like that i should get a new pump, and i should get a tune or risk blowing something up with the bigger shot of juice! Thxs for all the help guys!

You might need tuned . How are reading the AF ratio? Are you sure you don't have either a vacuum or exhaust leak? Usually if a fuel pump is cause a car to go lean its during wot at higher rpm.
