Default Still Overheating and more

So you probably still remember my overheating thread....put in the new 195 thermostat and it still overheats...one thing i noticed is that the AC does not work, nor does the high or lo speed fan. i have a switch running to my high speed fan being the only reason it does work, under normal tests it does not. on top of that i went to unhook the switch and the post on the fusebox that has a bolt to tighten everything down broke and my electronics cut in and out because of it....help new fusebox if you have a spare or any input...thanks

So your fan is not turning on at all? then thats why your over heating and you need to figure out whats going on with that.

my ac cut out on me and it was the pressure switch. had it replaced parts and labor like $125 through ford.

My fan still doesnt work just like yours, i have it hooked up to a switch also, i have read some places that it is the ccrm (constant control relay module) its located under the pass. fender.

any other ideas out there could help me too, i hate pulling up somewhere and have to flip the switch when it starts getting warm.

got my problem fixed by ford, they wanted to charge me 500 for a new fan.....that was all thats wrong, unhook your switch, buy a fan from the junkyard and take it to them saying you bought it new and it should fix your problem. i replaced my ccrm also....50 bucks on ebay for my model, yours will prolly be easier to find too.
