windshield cowl

anyone know the cheapest place to get the plastic windshield cowl piece? my moms husband demolished her piece trying to get to the wiper motor... then he changed the fuse and the wipers work, moron!!!!

I need to try to un-clog my wiper fluid hose, but I'm afraid to take the cowl hood because I heard they're brittle and break easily.
