So I drove my car yesterday for the first time in aboout 6 months and noticed the when i accelerate, especially lower rpms, that the engine almost chokes (car shakes). Its very rough but soon goes away one i reach the uppoer rpms. I didn't notice any powerloss other than the lag associated with the problem. I remember this happening to me when i parked the car 6 months ago but it was only in 5th gear at super low rpms. Any ideas?

 

Do an oil change and get some new spark plugs and do a fuel injector treatment. basic tune up

 

yeah, my old V6 hesitated pretty badly when i accelerated hard, dissapeared at upper RPM.'s. did a tune up and a fuel injector cleaning, cleared right up.
