Default what to do to the mustang

ok heres the thing. i got a 2002 gt. i have the engine and trans out of the car. it blew the spark plug out and i had to take the engine out for the bodyshop anyways. pulled the engine apart a little. everythign looks like brand new. well i got some money saved up and was looking at doing the 5.4 swap. the thing is i need to get the car back on the road asap now and the manifold is a couple week wait that i dont have. im undecided if i should throw the 4.6 back in with some upgrades or just buy the adaptor paltes for the intake for the 5.4 for now. also what should i use to tune the car. i was looking at the sniper. whats does everyone else use?

I'd say do the 5.4. The adapter plates suck, but having the 5.4 is worth it. BTW, you should have just posted this in the 5.4 sticky.

I would say go for the 5.4. I dont regret building up my 4.6, but with the money I have already spent on it and plan to spend on it in the near future, I could have seen more power for A LOT cheaper by swapping out for a 5.4. Now I know for next time haha
