Default Cooling Fan Constantly Running

Hi everyone. New member from Abbotsford B.C., Canada. The cooling fan on my 98 GT runs all the time. The temp is normal even though it smells hot after driving it. I've changed the temperature sensor and that didn't help. Could this be a problem with the CCRM? Thanks for any help you can give. Merry Christmas everyone.

Yes it could be the CCRM. The CCRM has relays in side of it. You have to take yours out of your car and check the ford PN on it as these can not be interchanged. I purchased one thinking my fan turning on late was a bad CCRM but it was instead the wrong temp sensor that was installed when engine swap was done. I also have a 98 GT. If your interested I can sell you my extra one.
