Default Rattleing / vibration after new clutch job

I just got my clutch replaced with a ford racing king cobra stage 1 clutch... and rotated my flywheel. and shortly there after I started hearing a klunky / rattlely / vibrationy noise from the rear area of the car... at first I thought there was something in the trunk... any ideas, its primarily in the back right... almost like it's my rearend (God I hope not!!)

did you check your driveshaft bolts are NOT loose?

If its stock then maybe you accidently rotated it so its off balance? try rotating 90* if you didnt mark it prior.

if the noise is only in 1 side rear, brakes maybe?

Turning the flywheel has no effect since Mod engines are neutral balanced. However, by rotating, you mean you had a shop turn it (like when you turn rotors), not literally rotate it right?

Recheck everything to make sure its tight.

Maybe the installer had a little fun with it while he was test driving it. Hope not but **** like that happens everyday.
