Default PI swap idle problem HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I just completed a pi swap on my 98 gt. Besides the swap, the only other addition to the car is a bbk cai. The problem is, when i first started it up, it idled and ran fine for about 5 minutes. After that, it idled terrible, acted like it was running on half the cylinders or something. The engine light is not coming on either. My concern is it jumped time somehow, is this possible. Any help would sure be appreciated......thanks

P0353 Ignition Coil C Primary circuit fault. Check your coils and/or the wiring.

Sound like it may have been just a bad connection then.

As far as the idle goes. Unplug the IAC (idle air control). Start the car and adjust the idle screw till you can get the car to idle at the lowest rpm as possible. Shut the car down and plug in the IAC back in. See if that helps.

That would cause the car to run rough. There ya go.

You can adjust the idle through your tuner if the user options are installed allowing you to modify different paramaters of the tune. Not sure how the new tuners are but my xcal 2 asks me when I go to install a tune if I want to modify the tune paramaters. At that point I go in and adjust what I want.
