Default car has been running like crap

ever since i picked the mustang up last month it hasnt ran right. im pretty busy and havent had a lot of time to dig into it. i had a nasty exhaust leak that fouled my plugs up pretty good. my morning startups produce a rough idle and it stalls out on me. today i started it up and i got this code P0355. looks like i have a malfunctioning COP. finally im getting closer to my problem.

i had what seemed to be spark blow out but when i check my plugs i re-gapped them to .035 which is what its tuned for. the car ran fine for a little while but it still broke up in the upper rpms. now that i have that code im going to find out which COP is coil E and do some resistance (OHM's) checks to make sure its with-in specs. if not i will hold out for weapon-x 2 valve COP's. (i like the fact that they click onto the plugs and just dont rest) im just glad that i finally got a code that explains my cars problem.

so now i have a new air filter, new plugs and a new IAC to install for a problem that is in the COP's circuit. damn trouble shooting is expensive when its on my DIME, its also good that i got new **** because i needed that stuff. if i had a friendly 2 valve owner out here to let me use there stuff to swap tronics than it would of been easier and cheaper.

What do you need as far as parts. I have some OEM cops.

just off the top of my head i think a p0355 is a coil on plug circut failure. in other words its not the coil its the wiring, i would check to make sure the coil is plugged in proerly and that the pigtail is not corroded. it will be cylinder number 5 hence the 355 and coil e.
