Default Pi cams to a NPI head

I have posted this on my other forum, and i just wanted a few more thoughts about it. I saw that for $50 i can get the cams and springs shipped to me. I have read that i will get some gains, and if i'm not mistaken it will lower my CR right??. what kind of power do yall think i can get with just the cams, I am also looking for a PI intake right now for some extra power also. I found this one on ebay, do yall think its good? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...QQcmdZViewItem what do yall think??

Pay the shipping and you can have any number of sets of PI cams.. everybody is selling them. Don't pay much for them since you don't have to. With both the cams and the intake... maybe 20-25hp gain.
