Default Silly Question

I'm having a debate with a friend and just taking opions, I have an 04 Gt with the following mods

70 MM Accufab throttle body and plenum

BBK CAI

Ford Racing 4:10 Gears

Built T45 5 Speed ( yes its a T 45 Swaped the Auto out)

Steen Racing Stage to heads

Comp 270 Cams

Mac Lts and Mid pipe

Magaflow mufflers

SCT Custom tune by Steen Racing

It dyno'ed 314 rwhp and 317 Tq

At what RPMs should I be shiffting at?

also what would be the advatages and disavantages of switching out the H pipe to a Pro Chamber

cant really tell when you should shift without seeing a dyno graph. WIth those agressive cams more then likly 6k shifts would be the key but its all a guess till you see a graph. Swapping the h-pipe for a prochamber will do little difference.
