Default Heads for a 5.4L SOHC ?

These will go along with some boost, and custom grind cams as well.

these prices are for porting existing heads and ship them back, no reason i cant assemble them and put my cams in.

VT Stage II - 220/195 cfm - $945.00
VT Stage III - Unknown cfm - $1200.00

MMR Stage II - 227/192 CFM (read on a forum but not on mmr site) - $550
MMR Stage III - Unknown CFM - $650

Fox Lake Stage II - 223/195 CFM (w/ Manley or Ferra valves) - $900.00 w/ valve job

I think you would get more responses and quicker ones at that if you asked anything 5.4l related in this thread.

any of the above. I have fox lake stage 2's going in. There's not enough difference in flow between a stage 2 and a stage 3 port to justify the added cost so I'd stick with 2's and spend the extra money on your cams.
