I really like the sound of the magnapacks, but i really dont like the price. I saw that you can just buy the mufflers, and was wondeing if you just installed he mufflers would the exhaust sound the same as if you would have gotten the catback?

 

Not really.The size of the pipe on the stock CB kinda changes the tone on them.

 

Plus the inlet and outlet of the Magnapacks is 2.5" whereas the stock stuff is 2.25".

 

it'll sound a little meatier but the 2.25" pipes will keep it held back. Never liked the stock pipes... too restrictive.

 

well i decided to get the Mac O/R H-pipe along with either the magnapacks or the Delta 40 catback. I know that the magnapack makes more power than the flows but I just love the sound of the delta 40s. My question is now can I install both myself?
