Any tuner will work with any combo if you get a place that knows what they are doing. Dont run a 150 shot on a mail order tune, and dont try to tune it yourself.

BTW, what is done to your car? Especially, the supporting mods for that 150 shot you want to run?

right now i have a bbk intake with flowmasters.....over the winter I am purchasing 4.10 gears, throttle body, plenum, h-pipe and a tuner. What i have found and believe is that the 4.6l engine can withstand up to 450rwhp, is that true??

well 400-450 rwhp is what is what you SHOULD stop at. I dont know what your plans are with the car but traction and suspension are going to be big problems on your car. Also your gonna need a dyno tune so just see what your local tuners want and what type of software they use to tune before you buy anything.

Youll need some upgrades to the fuel system too for that 150 shot.

Do you mean "tuner" as in a person or a device?

450 rwhp is about right, but it depends if the the car has a blower or not. Blower cars can handle less rwhp then an n/a car due to the power needed to drive the blower.

In other words, for an n/a car to make 450 rwhp, you might be making 490 to 500 at the motor. For a blower car to make 450 rwhp, you need to make more then that at the motor.

Diablosport Predator is what our local tuner uses.

crank to wheel horsepower is lost in the drivetrain, not your accessories. crank-tranny-driveshaft-carrier-axles-wheels. if you are making less power with a blower, its probaly because of belt slip.

The blower itself is an acessory and is actually a drain on power. All your acessories result in power loss. I am not referring to crank hp, but hp on the motor itself....on the block. As in, what the block is seeing.
