Default Help with Side Exhaust

Is it me or is there a shortage in side exhaust kits? I'm looking for a great sounding side exhaust kit, preferable bassani or borla but i can't find a good one. is there anybody out there that knows of a great side exhaust kit?

there are kits from roush, cdc, spintech, steeda, magnaflow...

u can probably have a custom made one where u just buy the muffler that u want and have an exhaust shop bend pipe and weld it together for you

If you are looking for the mid-70s corvette side pipes, then there's a shortage for a good reason... If you're looking for side exit exhaust (like the Lightening) then there are quite a few good kits out there... Roush uses them on their cars and Spintech off the top of my head. I'd see if the folks that have them have any opinions for you too.

thanx cobra, yeah i checked out orangestang's side exhaust, he's got the same body kit as me, so it'll work, it's just the roush side exhuast looks kinda weak, i was just hoping there were more to choose from, but thanx for the help.

You might only lose 1-2 hp. They did a tst on fnsweet. They ran 2 stock mustangs with exhaust. One with side and one with straight back.

Go with spintechs and a o/r h-pipe. You will not regret it. Its loud too.
