Default pi intake adapter kit

i was looking at this on livernois's website for 96 - 98 gt's
http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/product.phtml?p=457
it says it adds up to 35 real wheel horsepower on stock apps, i was wondering what you all think about it seeing as how im doing a pi head and intake swap. thanks alot!

If your doing a pi intake and head swap, then don't get that kit. Also how could just that intake add 35HP?? it can't. The newer production intakes coming out for the 4.6 can't make that. i heard that PI intake on a non PI motor will produce some HP maybe 5, but not that much, not by far. The heads and how they flow better on the intake and exhaust side add the real HP numbers.

Do the PI upgrade, its a must, But i was going to do that I would get comp or Vt cams to go with the heads.
