Default Cam(s) Break in ?

I've got my engine back together and I'll be installing it this weekend. I've had the BIG CAMS on my stock engine and of course she idled a lil rough. LOL Well now I've got to break in my Short Block. The instructions say to drive it below 3500RPM for the 1st 100 miles "around town". Then change the oil. Then drive it till 500 miles and change it again. After that I'm going to get it Dyno tuned. I figure I'll need to Richen her up some with my Predator and, as long as I'm in closed loop my Air/Fuel Ratio should be okay? Does this sound right?

I had my new motor in my 95 GT broken in with a dyno, but some people like to wait till the rings seal and then get on it.
