High Altitude Dyno's
My CAI came with dyno results of what should be expected with the install on my 04 GT.
It showed the RWHP at 211 dyno'ed stock. Im assuming that is correct?
Has anyone dyno'ed thier stock GT at high altitude?
Im kickin it up over a mile in elevation, right around 6,000 in Littleton Co.
I saw another thread about "how do you do burnouts in an auto" and everyone told him to step on the gas. I tried that, and coulnt do a dry pavement burnout worth crap. Im assuming it has to do with the performance decrease at high altitude. Takes just enough away that you cannot get a decent burnout
What is your elevation and what was your stock Dyno?
Ill post my results as soon as i get around to doing it, but for now i gotta put that 75 bucks elsewhere

you should be able to smoke your hides good, turn off traction control and hold the brake and press the gas to the floor then let of brake till she sits still but doesnt keep the car from rolling forward. as for dynos up high i dont know what they would dyno sorry man.

yeah like spike said hold the brake hit the gas youll figure it out. i can do donuts from a stand still and come off the line side ways in my auto with a little brake holding. and i got less power than you do. you should be able to do it in no time. alos when you are holding the brake your back rotors are getting a work out do it alot an theyll be next to go after those tires.
