yes they will fit but you will have to get a bunch of different parts and fog lights, there are a lot of people that have done the switch on these boards, when i got in my accident i wanted to put that bumper on but the insurance would not cover it because it was 400$ more than the gt front

I have the cobra bumper on my 03 GT and i love the way it looks. i had to buy the extra trim pieces and the fog lights separately. I can't remember how much it all cost i did it 2 years ago. But the fog light bulbs don't plug in because they are different on the cobra. So i just used some speaker wire with connectors on both ends and connected to the harness plug and the fog light bulb and filled it in with silicone to keep moisture out. I had to change a bulb and it was easy the silicone pulled right out of the bulb. i just cleaned off the silicone and plugged in the new bulb and re-siliconed it. Also the hood will hit the bumper where it comes up on the inside of the headlights. So you might want to get a Cobra hood too. I have the Steeda Q400 hood and it hits also. You might need to specify if you order a hood it's for a Cobra everything else is the same it just has a different lip so it doesn't hit the bumper.

Hope this helps.
