You can also go down and pick the hood up so you know it will be good quality. The guy that runs that business has a really hot daughter

I'm definately gonna pick up the hood, less than an hour from me so it makes since. Do you know if they can paint the hood to match the car so then I can just pick it up and install it? or not?

Hahaha, but the Mach 2 is close enough Again, If I found the Saleen hood cheap with shipping, than it would make this a much harder opinion.

I was definately right about the Mach 2 being a Hate/Love hood

I think Doug's brother owns the body shop right next door to his company, I am sure that they would hook you up with a great combo deal, and with your car being white it shouldn't be too difficult to paint match it.

I know I should do hood pins with a fiberglass hood, but if there was a way that I can avoid it?? Can't I just keep the latch?

I have these hood pins http://www.steeda.com/store/-catalog/480-3037.htm. You dont have to worry about someone stealing the pin as its just one piece stainless steel.

With the hood that I have from them; I don't use hood pins, though it was recomended by others Doug said that the latch plate they use should hold fine at speeds lower than 80mph.... anything more than that I would recomend you pic up a set, hell I have a set that Doug gave me for free that I didn't use, if you want them hit me up with a pm and I'll run them over to you when you come to pic up your hood.... They aren't Ford Racing and I think they are chrome.

If its not stainless steel then dont use them as they will rust. I saw one at the last car show I attended and it look terrible.
