Default Hey Golfers!!!

I know it is ONLY Feb and I am still looking at snow on the ground, however, I want to let you all know about Home of Their Own's 5th annual Golf Tournament to be held on June 24th in Mountaintop PA at Blue Ridge Trail.

For the last four years, this event has netted over $100K to help kids with cancer. All proceeds go to provide isolation housing to kids who who have had bone marrow transplants. To date, we have helped many families and have actually helped to save some of these precious little lives.

Unless you have been kicked in the nuts by spiked shoes, slammed to the ground and run over by a steam roller, you have no idea what these kids go through....every day. We (Home of Their Own) play just one part....an important part of their cure and a way to lessen their suffering.

Most of you guys could never attend due to distance, but if you live in PA or NJ and you golf, even if you suck, please get us on your schedule.

WE WANT YOU! Sign ups are starting NOW. We generally have 140 golfers and about 100 other volunteers and folks that just hang out for the fun and laughter.

We follow "best ball" format...ideal for beginners and experts. We feed you lunch, dinner, and drinks are on us for the day.

Fees as follows:

Golfer - $100
Angel Sponsor - $100
Half Hole Sponsor - $250
Hole Sponsor - $500
Tournament Sponsor - $1000+

If you have a business, please consider a sponsorship or raffle prize donation.

Bring your stang too!!! There will be quite a few kids from the hospital and you can give them rides.

Hey man... I'm in Jersey... remind me closer to the event and I'll see how my cash flow looks... I might be able to swing that.

Not too bad. You would need to head up 476 to I think 276, right?....towards harrisburg. I would say 90 min, maybe a little longer.

BTW, I am now working in West Chester once per month.

I do not cover that area, per se. But, have been asked to pickup a client in West Chester that needs some special help. I won't mention the name on the forum, but it is a medium sized food plant if that helps.
