tire rub

my left front tire seems to be rubbing a little bit, there is a black spot on the bar. also when i am driving straight it seems to want to go to the left. how can i fix this?

Get an allignment.. that should fix the pulling to the left.

dunno about the rub though. alignment may fix that too...
