Default first real performance mod

So i just ordered some 3.73 gears for my car. Installing them next friday if they come before then....cant wait  next one is finding the right underdrive pulley for my car. Then im gonna start saving up for a TT setup or a 03-04 cobra drop.

Ya i thought about doing that when i had my six but it would require a ton of work and a lot of electrical crap and a new tranny and front and rear suspension as well asexhaust and a new computer. All in all it would take more or equal money to do that than buy a used 03 cobra, plus you get the looks of that 03 cobra.

With a TT 4v set up you will need something a little bit stronger than a stock 8.8 rear...

I know youve heard this before but you are better sticking the money into the Cobra/Mach 1 where you already have a stable base. A stock GT block isnt going to hold the power of a twin turbo setup unless you retard the boost dramatically, and run a light tune.

I dont know the limitations of the v6s. I hear the blocks are pretty strong but I cant tell you about the drivetrain, trans, and all that other stuff. A twin turbo setup is very expensive and lots of labor.
