Thought for the day:
As income tax time approaches, did you ever notice:
When you put the two words "The" and "IRS" together
it spells "THEIRS"?

I think that is the smartest thing I've read for this tax thread yet. Pay off the dam credit cards. The interest alone is gonna take me 100 years to pay. Nice advice if i could heed that. I only owe a few 10 grand. :helpsmili

I don't get too excited over big returns. It means I paid too much during the year - LOL

Or, something major happened during the year that I could not predict.

Initial Security is now in violation of the law. I havnt even got my W-2 yet, which I need to take out student loans, in turn which I need to go to England this summer for a school trip. Dont ever work for Initial Security! They are the stingiest, most disorganized, useless company I've ever worked for. I worked 62 hours in one week one time, but they split it up between two pay periods so they didnt have to give me that much overtime along with the 16 hours I worked on New Years Eve. Those ****ing stupid ****sucking **** eating mother****ing ******** **** me off. The head of that ****ing company is the load mama shoulda swallowed. God damn it! I want to smother the whole of the main office in dog****

Hell yeah.... it's happened man. When I was working for the state, on 12 hour days, I'd do 5 or 6 days in a row to try and get overtime and right before the end of the pay period they'd give me a week off to burn off what I earned. That was bull**** man. I defenitely feel his pain. (With state you only get paid once a month here, so they have alot of time to kill your o/t.)
