Props from a BEEMER driver...
I was ridin' 'round Bakersfield(CA) today lookin' for a performance shop. (no luck, BTW) and I pulled up to a red light after a turning on to the road and this guy in a previous generation 7 series BMW pulls up on my driver side and makes his wife roll down her window so he could ask what I've done to my car.
I told him all I've done was SLP Exhaust ( I assumed he meant perfomance wise). And he got a funny look on his face and said," It's stock other than that?" I told him for now and he told me it was a beautiful car. I thanked him and we went our seperate ways.
The cool thing about it was he didn't try to race or put me down 'cause it's just a Mustang. It's cool to run into someone who appreciates cars and our hobby.

yeah props man, he could also be like my dad, who loves American Cars, ie Camaro's...but still would rather a BMW now that he can settle down relax and throw away money...

After seeing that, I really thing I am leaning more towards Bullits now instead of FR500's.....now it's just a black or chrome decision! (oh, and gotta get springs too, that's the first thing on my list)
