I was helping my buddy adjust his alpine amp in his probe one day and he has a 10lb NOS bottle in the trunk next to the stereo and a cop came up and asked us what we were doing in a school parkinglot at 9pm. He shined in to see if we were doing something and seen the nitrous and didnt say anything. Im sure most cops dont know what the law is unless they bust the street racers.

im not really sure but i think the rules in florida are pretty much dont use it on the street and you're ok. it's track only. i know a lot of people that drive around with nitrous and have never had any problems.

Nitrous oxide is an oxidizer. As such, you are only permitted to carry a maximum amount in any vehicle at any time w/o having the proper safety equipment and placards. This is a DOT issue and states are provided guidance by the feds. There is a reason why bottles are only 10 lbs as I think the maximum amount you can have in a car is like 15 or 20 lbs. Other then that, I don't know of one single law that states that you can not use it while driving on the streets. I checked with the State Police where I live and was given the OK.

ha ha. Not really. They seriously don't care about me. The trooper that I asked was doing landscaping for me on the side.

In florida your not allowed to use it on the street so you must have the bottle closed. doesnt have ot be disconnected just closed.

well mting sells everything including both kids for like just under 1000 total...both stage one and two kits...idk I heard u can run a 75 shot on my car without and serious problems...but idk if i'd rather rebuild the engine or just get the 75 shot for now...I really want a Purge just to say I have one...lol...that and it's be nice to run in the 13's with some more bolt ons, new rear and 75 shot...

You can run 13's with a 75 shot theres a guy on the forum who runs a 13.9 ...and has a auto...a 75 shot shouldnt be too harsh on your engine. You only need one of those accesoreies kits the difference is the Gen-x 1 and the other a 2 and the 2 has a bit more. Theres a site not NX that makes a purge that I will be getting my purge from that makes one of the biggest clouds.
