I peg the download guage all the way and it never comes out of red (thank you cable). but my uploads are only in the high 380's what is yours?

Over 6mbps, should be 8 but yanno how comcast is.. gotta rip you off somehow. upload is about the same.. it's normal for your upload to be that low.

 

Download is like 141 and upload is 4521...but thats here at work :devilgrin

 

I have the "FIOS" (Fiber Optics Service) from Verizon. The advertised 15MB Downlaod speed tests between 14MB and 17MB, and the advertised 5MB Upload speed tests between 4MB and a very top end of 6MB, but is usually right at the advertised speed of 5MB.

 

I'm at college with they're network:

download: 2812kbps
upload: 4741kpbs

 

At home:

Download Speed: 3603 kbps (450.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 333 kbps (41.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

 

Home:

Download Speed: 5030 kbps (628.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1848 kbps (231 KB/sec transfer rate)

i'm not too familar, but how the hell was my upload 4741????? all you guys seem to have high Dl's and low ULs. MY dl was only 1200 something

 

UL's are always lower than downloads unless you are on a T1/T3/Fiber Optic connection.
