I'm thinking about getting some of the V6 style lower side stripes for my car from 50resto. The car is Dark Shadow Gray, and rather than doing black, I was thinking about doing red ones. I've got red GT emblems and a red shifter ****...

what do you guys think? would this look cool, or stupid? ford did all sorts of color stripes in the 60's...

 

i think any side stripes on our cars suck. and red emblems..wtf? whats next the red " R" next to it?

 

66 GT Emblems. Sorry for making my car different, we can't all be cool with bright yellow cars.

 

oh the fairlane ones, yah those are cool, i sawe some blackones on ebay i might buy

No side stripes. I just dont like stripes on our cars I guess...

 

Another vote against the red stripes.Don't think red and DSG would look very good at all.

 

I've seen a 60's mustang in gray with them so I thought it might look cool.
