no i read that again and i know how that sounds lol, no im going to do some work "about the same thing that mmff did" and that was 300rwhp so that should come to about 350 give or take on the motor when i dynoed the car i was making 282rwh about 10 more than they where stock so im hoping to get around 305 to 310 rwhp with the same mods and if the stripes add a few then that would be cool to lol.

yeah but the original gt 350 was not named after the power it made it was named after the distance from where shelby was standing to a building

(near 400 for both rwhp and torque). And that car doesn't have any snakes on it. It doesn't need it. There is something to be said for pushing out that kind of power both for the capability of the 3.8 and also the skills of the builder.
On the appearance side of things, as a general rule it's best to try to not be a replica anything. Mix and match, come up with a new combination, put on some unique emblems... that's the way to go.

there are not that many fast 6 cylinders....and of the few you find, most will be Buicks or imports....

the "if you add boost..etc" argument sounds just as lame coming from a mustang owner as it does coming a FWD honda owner.

nothing wrong with buying a v6, not my style....but nothing wrong with it.

I see nothing wrong with mis-badging as long as the only thing that is non-cobra on the car is the vin.

There is a kid that lives down the street that had cobra emlbems on his V6 and now he has what I believe to be a Saleen, has the full Saleen kit and the rear middle exhaust bet yet again has the SVT and cobra emblems. Don't get it.

Mods- if we could close this thread I think that would reduce the amount of spammers we have maybe. Ever since that one posted in this thread, this is where they all go.
