Default sad...

well went to see that 01 yellow gt that i wanted...i was sad when i saw it...

he said it had a new paintjob, looked like a 12yr old spray painted it yellow because it looked like crap and the black area where the windshield wipers are, there was yellow marks everywhere...

the wing was cracking, few dents, hood scoop looked like it was gonna fall off...

one thing i liked alot was when he opened the hood, showed me the engine...he went to close it once, wouldnt shut, tried again, wouldnt shut, tried closing it the third time, still didnt. so he said "ehh we'll get that fixed"...

after all that and more i decided imma look around more...and not get that...

most mustang hoods i've seen are a PITA to close so I wouldnt call that a problem.

but you do get what you pay for in a a car... a cheap *** gt was most likely rode hard and put away wet.

sooo, ummm, yea... told you so! haha, some body damage. No yellow lightning for you! Keep looking, you'll find one soon.

And as far as the hood goes, I'm sure most of us know of the problem, any good ways of getting it to close easier without so much force?

invent a time machine and put subframes on before you get any twist.

That price is pretty high. I bought my 01 with 32k miles almost 2 years ago for 14k. That was KBB.
